Overhead Reduction Specialist

UnifiedSmiles is a national practice management organization for independent dental and specialty offices. The ideal candidate must be a team player and have a strong customer service background with the ability to effectively present your position.

Business Development Representative

When you join UnifiedSmiles as a Business Development Representative, you will belong to a high-velocity, low-friction inside sales team to help guide independent dental practices with managing their practice overhead. As Overhead Reduction Specialists, we evaluate the practice’s variable expenses and find solutions for great savings on products and services used every day. Our mission is to help independent dental providers stay independent with one goal in mind… lowering your overhead for increased profit!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate a pipeline of sales opportunities through inbound website/call lead follow-up and outbound sales generated lead campaigns into the existing UnifiedSmiles database of members.
  • Drive customer understanding of the UnifiedSmiles membership benefits in business value to decision makers through a deep understanding of Partner Vendor collaborations, Quarterly Promotions and Products Demonstrations.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest to expand your list of prospects within your territory (United States at this time).
  • Present Quotes for potential members to show potential savings with UnifiedSmiles membership.
  • Close revenue opportunities to overachieve on quarterly quotas.
  • Attend Tradeshows, Marketing Events, Courses/Workshops, Dinner Events to generate leads and build channel partnerships to develop pipeline for future UnifiedSmiles recruitment of client services.
  • Work in harmony with Client Service and Vendor Relations Departments as needed to assist with existing clients concerns or issues.
